Some correct Islamic Beliefs of the Maturidi School
Faith can’t decrease (it can only stregnthen is uprightness or weaken in limpness), it must be with certain comviction i.e 100% it cannot be 99% or that would entail uncertainty resulting in kufr.
Disobeying the Prophet PBUH by not practicing but still with belief is not considered kufr, no one should say those not practicing Islam are kafir as Eeman is not inclusive of action as per the famous hadith of “Islam, Eeman & Ihsan”although some action and utterances against the articles of Eeman can exit one from the fold of İslam.
Evil happens by the will of Allah SWT though not with his pleasure, and out of adab we don’t attribute evil to him although he permits and creates the evil people chose to do out of his wisdom.
Kufr or Evil happens when you choose it. (I.e follow what sheytan invites you to act upon or utter)
With regards to “Allah Istiwa 'Al Al Arsh.” The Maturidi school say “The meaning is as Allah and his Messenger intended it, as Allah did say it and not as we understand.” Rasulallah saw said “Think about the creation of Allah but not Allah himself.” (I.e don’t imagine his essence as it’s impossible for us to imagine him & whatever comes to mind of his being of appearance in the mind he is other than that & we affirm he is what he says of himself and stop there.) If an answer is necessary for the question of the meaning of “Allah iswtiwa al al Arsh.” The Ashari interpretation is given that it is a metaphor for he established himself as the one in power not literally established himself on or over the throne physically or spatially. An example that demonstrates our limited capacity to understand the subject, it is said “When we say so and so took the throne, we mean he established his kingship to be known though he was already the king of kings.” Abu Hanifa RA said Allah maintains the Arsh and is not sitting nor is he in need of that, if he needed to be seated or occupy some space then where was he before the creation of these things? Allah is much greater and glorious than to be in a limited space he is infinite light and infinitely powerful veiled.
Allah is not matter.
Some parts of the Qur'an are a test of restraint, to not question them or try to understand the meaning but to believe in their intended meaning.
Whoever says the Qur'an was created is a kafir. (The Qur'an is the uncreated speech of Allah)
To know the 1st 4 caliphs keeps you part of Ahlus Sunnah. They are 1.Abu Bakr RA, 2. Umar RA, 3. Uthman RA & 4. Ali RA may Allah be well pleased with them all and upon them be peace, Amin.
Profession is halal and collecting money in charity is fine if it is halal money although the Prophet PBUH prohibited it for himself.
The Maturidi school say a kafir will not be punished for not praying or fasting on yawm ul qiyammah as he didn’t make the oath to do so. A kafir is judged on his or her disbelief and punished for that instead of misdeeds on an individual basis.
